Playing together
TumTum is a digital toy room for open-ended exploration. A grown-up sets up profiles, chooses preferences and decides when and how the child plays. Keep sound at a comfortable level and make room for breaks, real-world play and time together. The age settings adapt the starting toys; they are not a recommendation for how much screen time a child should have.
Learning through play
TumTum is inspired by Montessori principles such as choice, repetition and discovery at the child's pace. It is not a certified Montessori programme, a clinical assessment or a substitute for education, professional care or physical play. We do not promise a particular learning or developmental result.
Menus and parent controls
Menu buttons require a press-and-hold to help reduce accidental navigation while a child explores. This gesture is a convenience, not a security lock or a guarantee that a child cannot enter settings or leave the app. Break reminders do not lock play. Parents remain responsible for supervising use and choosing device-level controls where appropriate.
App licence and content
Use of the app is also subject to the licence and App Store terms that apply to your download, including Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement where applicable. The illustrations, characters, audio and other content belong to Magic Lab Solutions or their respective licensors. Using TumTum does not grant permission to redistribute its assets or use them commercially. Rights allowed by law and applicable third-party licences remain unaffected.
Availability, changes and external links
The current toys work offline. Downloading or updating the app and opening support or legal links may require internet access. App features and device compatibility can change with updates; we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Parent-selected website and email destinations use external services with their own terms. No email is sent automatically.
Your rights and contact
Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Store purchases, where applicable, are handled under the relevant store's terms and refund process. For help or questions, contact contact@magiclabsolutions.com.
