Pauta: one headline a day. The rest is a footnote.

Pauta is a daily planner for one person and their family, with the identity of a printed newspaper. Every day opens with a single headline — the thing that actually matters — and the rest falls below the fold, where it belongs.

Coming soon to iPhone, iPad and Mac, in Portuguese, English and Spanish.

What it does

  • Capture by voice or text — say it the way it comes out (“tomorrow buy milk”) and an assistant works out the day and the project, and files it there.
  • A shared household — tasks, the grocery list, and a wish list whose items climb in priority the longer they wait.
  • Projects by area — Home, Work, Personal and Family, each with a roadmap of milestones.
  • An ideas notebook — ideas live for 30 days; act on one or let it fade, with no guilt attached.
  • Scheduled prompts — questions that run on their own and come back with proposals you accept or ignore. Nothing becomes data until you say so.
